SEVEN CAVES rum spritz

serve in a wine glass, rocks glass, or collins glass

  • 2oz Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum

  • 1oz Aperol

  • 0.5oz simple syrup

  • Prosecco or Champagne to top

  • Garnish suggestions: Lemon twist or sliced orange

  • Optional substitution: Bourbon

Need: Measuring jigger, mixing glass, strainer

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add a few large chunks of clear, cold ice. Stir carefully for about 15 seconds. Strain into the glass of your choice filled with fresh ice. Garnish appropriately.


SEVEN CAVES martini

serve in a nic and nora or martini glass

  • 2oz Seven Caves Gin

  • 1oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth

  • Garnish suggestions: Lemon twist

Need: Measuring jigger, mixing glass, strainer

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add a few large chunks of clear, cold ice. Stir carefully for about 15 seconds. Strain into the glass of your choice. Garnish appropriately.


SEVEN CAVES negrumi

serve in a rocks or nic and nora glass

  • 1oz Seven Caves Orange Rum

  • 1oz Aperol

  • 1oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth

  • Garnish suggestion: Lemon or orange twist

  • Optional substitutions: Campari, Red (rosso) vermouth, citrus-forward gin

Need: Measuring jigger, mixing glass, strainer

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add a few large chunks of clear, cold ice. Stir carefully for about 15 seconds. Strain into the glass of your choice filled with fresh ice, or serve up. Garnish appropriately.
