Named after the Old Tom style of gin, this mead barrel aged gin falls squarely in that realm. The base gin is our classic contemporary style distilled a few years ago with juniper, Buddha’s hand lemon peel and Jasmine flower in the gin basket. We split the batch and aged half in a Lost Cause Meadery “Heavy Meadow” mead barrel for 2 years.

Like every distilled product 7C releases, there are no added colors or sugars. Our first mead barrel-aged gin, this is a one of a kind spirit. Batch OTm/1
