Our final (for now) Exploratory Series agave venture. As always, this Agave Spirit features a variety of raw agave spirits sourced from Mexico, then blended and allowed to mature during proofing. We believe our method lends incredible depth to the resulting spirit. While not a traditional tequila, we believe this Agave Spirit is unique to the world, and a first in San Diego.
