This is our oldest and final aged agave spirit release. Aged in our ex-rum barrels for 3 years, the grassy and pepper notes typically found in our agave spirits are joined by the caramel and vanillas that our barrel aged rums are known for.  This is a complex spirit that is unlike almost any other agave spirit out there. Uniquely Seven Caves, extremely limited, and very, very tasty.
