2 oz Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum

1 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth

2 Dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

1 Luxardo Cherry

Add a few large ice cubes to a mixing glass. Add rum, vermouth and orange bitters. Stir for 45 seconds. Strain into a chilled Coupe or Martini glass, or enjoy in an Old Fashioned glass with an ice cube. Finish with a Luxardo Cherry.
