Step 1: Drop 1 raw sugar cube into a nice old fashioned glass
Step 2: Add 2 dashes cherry bitters
Step 3: Add 2 dashes orange bitters on the cube
Step 4: Let it mellow for a bit, then add 1 Luxardo Cherry

Step 6: Add 2 oz of Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum plus a couple of ice cubes

If an Old Fashioned is your go to, you're in luck. This cocktail is perfect for just about everything. Try it with a perfect medium rare ribeye, any barbecue or for dessert. It's our signature and favorite. Come to the shop and see how we make them!
Step 1: Combine Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum, lime juice, agave and St. Elizabeth All-Spice Dram in shaker
Step 2: Shake then strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Step 3: Top with ginger beer
Step 4: Float 4 dashes of bitters on top
Step 5: Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig
Step 6: It's time to enjoy!
The ginger beer in your cup pairs deliciously with almost any Asian dish. If you're making it at home, we suggest a Thai Noodle Salad, Shrimp Pad Thai or maybe even Indian Curries.
Step 1: Carefully place a few large ice cubes into mixing glass.
Step 2: Pour in 2 oz of Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum, 1 oz. Carpano Antica Vermouth and 2 dashes Agnostura Bitters.
Step 3: Stir for about 45 seconds
Step 4: Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, or drink it with a fresh ice cube in an old fashioned glass.
Step 5: Add 1 luxardo cherry to the cocktail

The smooth notes of brown sugar and vanillas of your Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum are the perfect partner to incredible yakitori, Korean barbecue or a simple roasted Chicken dinner. Simplicity and perfection... no need for all the fuss.
STEP 1: Fill an old fashioned glass full of ice.
STEP 2: In a second old fashioned glass, drop in the sugar cube, add the two bitters and let mellow for a bit. Once it is well soaked, crush the sugar cube. Now add the Rum to this mixture.
STEP 3: Empty the first glass of the ice, add a bit of Herbsaint and swirl to coat the glass. Discard any remainder.
STEP 4: Add just a bit of ice to the rum and bitters mixture, give it a brief stir with a metal spoon to blend everything together, then carefully strain into the chilled, coated glass.
STEP 5: Twist a thin slice of lemon peel over the surface of the cocktail, then place the lemon peel on the rim of the glass before serving.
